Matteo Daste is a corporate and securities lawyer in San Francisco. A native of Genoa, Italy, Matteo also provides advice in international matters involving U.S. and Italian interests. His past experience includes clerking for Chief Justice Charles Springer at the Supreme Court of Nevada. Matteo studied at Taunton's College and at the London School of Economics in England, and at Pepperdine University, in Los Angeles, from which he received a law degree in 1999. A co-founder of BAIA, Matteo sits on the Board and contributes strategy, vision and structure to the organization.

Giorgio Ghersi is the general and operation manager at a San Francisco Bay Area chemical company. Relocated from Italy in 2000, Giorgio has 13 years experience in international, business-to-business, sales and marketing management. Previously he has been active for privately owned and public companies in the industrial supplies and services sector. Giorgio�s educational background gathers an Italian Master in Political Sciences from Genoa University, concentrated around Business Economics and Human Resources Management, a US Certificate in International Business and a German Abitur. Besides co-founding BAIA, Giorgio serves as Executive Director, co-chairing the Architecture & Interior Design sector.

Michele Ursino Ph.D. has over fifteen years of experience in delivering software solutions in the manufacturing sector and in the medical industry. Michele is a leader in the software development arena where he designed numerous products currently sold worldwide in the area of collaboration, design communication and manufacturing information.
Michele is currently CEO and founder of foldier inc. and Director of Technology and co-founder of BAIA. Prior to foldier, Michele held the position of Senior Scientist at HT Medical and worked for Actify, Inc. from 1999 to 2006, where he was Vice President of Engineering. Michele's background is in Computer Science, he has a Ph.D. from Politecnico of Milan and a Laurea in Computer Science from Universit� Statale in Italy.
